The Personal Section" of the article on Pori Moni mentions: "On 14th June, the main culprit of this case Nasir Uddin Mahmood, a politician of Jatiyo Party along with 3 girls and another criminal Tuhin Siddique Omi was arrested by Bangladesh Police."

The said "Nasir Uddin Mahmood" hasn't been proven "culprit" in this case yet in any court of law. He is still merely the "main accused". The said "Tuhin Siddique Omi" also hasn't been proven a "criminal" in this case yet in any court of law. He is still merely one among several "accused".
