Academic career

[edit]

As per Pradip Somasundaran's official website, he currently holds the responsibility of the "Head of Department of Electronics".

Job: I am a lecturer by profession and teach Electronics at the "College of Applied Science", Vadakkencherry, Palakkad. I currently hold the responsibility of the "Head of Department of Electronics" there.

See here. But, 59.93.6.233 says that Pradip is "Principal". Please provide references, or it should be changed to "Head of Department of Electronics". Cheers, Vipinhari || talk 15:45, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Major rewrite required

[edit]

This article has been on Wikipedia for long without any proper refereces. Much of the references used are either from Somasundaran's own personal blog or his website. Wikipedia allows for the usage of self-published sources as described in WP:SELFPUB. But this is only allowed so long as "the material is not unduly self-serving", "it does not involve claims about third parties" and "the article is not based primarily on such sources". This article violates all three guidelines. The article also contain wording that merely promote the subject (WP:PEACOCK). I am planning to rewrite the article and make it as neutral as possible. — Pewfly (talk) 11:13, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've cleaned it up a bit. Still, the article is far from being okay. There are still unresolved issues of primary sources. Please make constructive edits from here on, and do not add uncited information. — Pewfly (talk) 15:52, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
