This note written by the Unabomber claims that Prasert na Nagara found a proof of the following theorem: Given a natural number b and a natural number n, let rb(n) be the number obtained by reversing the digits of n in base b. For every b, if there is a three-digit number n in base b such that rb(n) divides n, there is a two-digit number m such that rb(m) divides m. Worth mentioning?
