Support because Australia use a English variant that predominantly use ise spelling, same as British English and New Zealand English rather than ize so MOS:TIES applies here. Smitehati doesn't knowledge the article that focused in Australia use spelling of particular country. 36.77.95.46 (talk) 06:28, 29 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Comment In a first step for rename the title which need to comply with Australian spelling rules, i rewritten many of sentences that previously use -ize spelling, which rarely used in Australia. many examples are:
Realize -> Realise
privatization -> privatisation
Because this article focused on privatisation that happen in Australia which predominantly use -ise spelling (and keep "program" since it is retain in Australian spelling) i Support for move because MOS:TIES applies here. i hope any editors can not just rename the article, but also rewrite this article according to Australian spelling convention. 36.77.93.215 (talk) 22:12, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
