Three human figures?

There are only two human figures in the Fouquet painting: Jesus and his mother. The two seated figures represent the Father and the Holy Spirit. Notice that the seat to the right of the Father is empty because Jesus (who sits at the right hand of the Father) is down in front crowning his mother.
