I have removed the speedy deletion tag that was placed on this as a non-notable "group or club". RAYNET has a long history as a UK government-endorsed emergency radio network, and there is plenty of coverage of it, e.g. Google Books, Google News, Google, Google Scholar.--Michig (talk) 19:23, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
