Litoria chloris does not extend from north of Sydney to Cape York, at least not any more. The distribution was not continuous, and the northern population was described as Litoria xanthomera by Davies, McDonald and Adams, in 1986. Common name is Orange-thighed Frog. - Someone should have picked up on that mistake before-its fixed now. Thanks for pointing it out.--Tnarg 12345 11:14, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
Kills HIV?
[edit]This sounds pretty dramatic - is this then the cure for AIDS? Please add more detail - on its own it seems amazing but is not backed up. That is, I would expect citations and some information on how this information is being used. Robinson weijman (talk) 09:23, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
- I've tagged it with a fact tag in which it needs. Bidgee (talk) 09:30, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
- I'm no expert, but in the reference section, it has a reference: Frog secretions block HIV infections which may be related. Also, you could have googled it and found a reference faster than posting here. PirateArgh!!1! 17:41, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
