Impetus to create

This article was begun as a belated, remote, contribution to the Wikipedia:Meetup/San Francisco/Litquake Edit-a-Thon because the subject appeared in the Wikipedia:WikiProject Women writers/Missing articles linked from their webpage. I chose Ravinder for her country and birth year, knowing nothing about her. I now intend to seek out her books from my local library or Abe Books, or perhaps even buy from new!
