Atari ST port[edit]

Are you sure this version was never completed? A Google search results in many hits. Matt Barton in particular mentions the ST port. SharkD (talk) 14:39, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes I'm sure. The Atari ST version was never completed: read the Atari Legends Guido Henkel interview (question #8). Guido Henkel was one of the founders/owners of Attic and one of the main developers of Blade of Destiny. This rumor properly comes from an old German pre-release magazine ad for the game (that is floating around the internet) stating something along the lines of ... on your PC, Amiga and Atari ST but the ST version was canned later on during development. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.123.250.125 (talk) 11:37, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"first 3d computer role-playing game"[edit]

I don't understand the reference in the article to Dungeon Master as being the "first 3d computer role-playing game". I would have thought that honor would go to Wizardry or Ultima. I don't feel that one could argue that Wizardry/Ultima are not 3D RPGs compared to Dungeon Mater without also discarding the designation for Dungeon Master by in turn comparing it to, say, Ultima Underworld, The Elder Scrolls, etc.

Looking at the Dungeon Master article, I see that it is billed as the first 3D realtime action computer role-playing game, which sounds more correct. Perhaps the phrasing in this article should be updated to be consistent with that. HunterZ (talk) 01:25, 19 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This game (remake) can now be pre-purchased and is scheduled to be released on July 30th (2013) through Steam. (Game uses Steam as DRM so it will be distributed through Steam even if purchased elsewhere.)
