Spin-off?
[edit]Is this a spin-off of The Loop? Both characters are named Sam and they are both played by the same actor. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.47.152.120 (talk) 22:56, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

has anyone ever heard of brimstone? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.194.246.4 (talk) 21:27, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
- Sounds remarkably like Brimstone to me. ~ Brother William (talk) 16:50, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
Pilot filmed in Canada?
[edit]After watching the pilot episode I have to wonder if this series is filmed in Canada due to the fact that the store that the main characters work at is clearly a Canadian Tire location. Does anyone have any more information on this? --SinisterLemon 04:56, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
- It would seem so, given that this video chat was filmed "from the set" in Vancouver. D. Brodale 05:29, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
- I gave a small laugh at seeing that. GreenJoe 13:30, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
Visible
[edit]Maybe I'm missing something, but how is it the woman at the DMV is only visible to Sam and Company? Lots42 10:10, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
- Maybe she's visible to everyone but no one else would think to deliver a soul to her 129.22.163.206 20:57, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
Non-broadcast version?
[edit]Any idea if this is available anywhere besides broadcast? I've looked for it on iTunes and Amazon, but no luck. Netdance 19:03, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
Look harder - its floating around out there. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.202.17.172 (talk) 05:04, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
See Also Burn Notice?
[edit]Why is Burn Notice listed under See Also? --The Virginian 13:10, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
- Doesn't seem to be related at all, does it? I'm taking it off. --jonny-mt 02:41, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
"Leak"
[edit]I'm not convinced this particular leak (of many) is anymore notable than the rest. The provided reference also provides information on how to obtain such copyrighted material (see WP:COPYRIGHT) which may be considered "contributory infringement".
Be aware that I'm also challenging the cited source (if this leak is notable I'm sure a reputable source could be found). WP:3RR makes an exception to removing "clear violations of the copyright, spamming or non-free content policies". Matthew 16:07, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
- The issue is notable, and the source appears valid (TV Week - regular print publication). Furthermore, this is *not* a copyright issue; we're not providing URLs, it is acceptable to say what happened, and Wikipedia isn't censored. Finally, 3RR doesn't apply to content disagreements. --Ckatzchatspy 17:18, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not convinced that this leak is notable, if it is you'll find it easy to provide a source to backup the claim. It seems quite clear to me there is a copyright issue here as the site provides information on potential sources to obtain such content. And I suggest you re-read the section I linked to (and quoted from). I'd be willing concede if you can provide me with a reputable news source to establish notability for this leak (of many). Matthew 17:32, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
- The leak is borderline notable. I'm AGFing on TV Week's reliability. Also, mentioning leaks isn't against policy - for an example where we have, see Year Zero (album), where the leak lead to Reznor allowing the album to stream a week early. Will (talk) 17:40, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
- I don't think anybody has claimed it is against policy. If this particular event is notable you should have little problem in providing another source, right? Matthew 09:13, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

Sanskrit error on bracelet
[edit]Although the bracelet is said to have "Bala" in it, meaning "strength, power", there is actually a typo. What is written on the bracelet is actually "Bāla", which means "baby". I don't know how to write devanagari script on the website so perhaps someone else can make a note of this on the relevant section.

Sam's Father
[edit]Although 9in The Leak, it is hinted that the devil may be Sam's ather, we still don't know if i's the truth, so why on Mr. Olivers section does it say "Fake Father" ?

Circles
[edit]"the Devil cannot see, hear, or appear within curves or circles"
I've seen nothing in the show that prevents him from seeing or hearing around curves. Only circles do the trick. --97.114.8.22 (talk) 22:23, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
Argentina
[edit]I added that its also shown in Argentina through Universal Channel, do i need to source it? --Jim88Argentina (talk) 21:55, 30 June 2008 (UTC)
Possible Factual Error
[edit]The article states that only two of Sam's friends have captured escaped souls for him, Sock and Andi. This is incorrect as Benjamin "Ben" Gonzalez captured Leon with a snowglobe vessel in Season 1 Episode 6. This might be because Sock let Leon out and he was later re-captured (actully he entered the vessel voluntarilly) but he was originally captured by Ben.
Morgan
[edit]Doesnt Morgan count as a new season 2 charactor? 79.66.57.106 (talk) 21:04, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
Plot Hole
[edit]Sam's father's deal with the devil was life for HIS first born son. Not his wife's and the devil's first born son. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.194.154.247 (talk) 14:18, 1 April 2009 (UTC) ery theis serial is vere touchy good...nic —Preceding unsigned comment added by 60.254.25.214 (talk) 05:46, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
Mr Oliver lied though, remember? 80.41.65.229 (talk) 13:33, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
MR. Oliver cannot speak of any specifics of the deal/ contract... that's part of the deal. We are all just speculating it's never been proven for sure.... who you gonna believe? The devil? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.100.225.162 (talk) 03:01, 19 August 2010 (UTC)
Season3 section
[edit]This seems like a copy and paste of copyrighted material. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.25.68.120 (talk) 04:43, 29 March 2011 (UTC)
- It was. It has been fixed (not by me, though). Crisco 1492 (talk) 00:20, 4 April 2011 (UTC)
- That was me. I think I got in all the important bits. I figured I'd leave out the ideas Tyler Labine had since it wasn't something the creators planned to go forward with. I think maybe I should drop in the fact that they didn't plan to include a god character. That seems fairly major. In fact, I'll go do that now. Millahnna (talk) 00:56, 4 April 2011 (UTC)
- Agreed. Great editing! Crisco 1492 (talk) 08:41, 4 April 2011 (UTC)

Reception
[edit]This article seems to be missing the usual critical review section. Only the metacritic numbers.... Can anyone expand? --69.204.244.32 (talk) 00:43, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
