Dubious reference[edit]

The reference for 11-council table agreed on 13 March 2008 is to a draft document of 2005. On its own this cannot prove anything because it predates the event it purports to document. It might be adequate in combination with a second source which said "the plan agreed on 13 March 2008 was identical to option 11B of the 2005 document". But there is the additional problem that the 2005 document as referenced does not actually agree with the table; the 2005 doc just groups the 26 council areas without going into the detail of which wards and gold clubs are shifted. So in summary, another reference is needed for the particular assertion. The 2005 doc is still interesting as it has a whole chapter discussing possible reorganisations, so it's worth referencing elsewhere in the article. jnestorius(talk) 16:09, 21 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Linkrot[edit]

I've fixed some linkrot in the references but there's more there. It would help if people used {{cite web}} and its accessdate parameter. jnestorius(talk) 16:09, 21 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
