Critique[edit]

Retitle[edit]

This article provides good coverage to the history of the UAV regulations in the U.S. For this reason, I believe the section "Regulation" should be more appropriately titled as "History of Regulation".

Citation and References[edit]

Although this article covers a good amount of details, many of the citations are outdated and not functioning. For example, citation 10 and 11 links to pages that are no longer found. The chronological order of the "Regulation" section seems out of place as well. As the section begins with a deadline in 2015 for establishing regulations, then goes back in time to August 2013, and continues on to a one-line-insert on the 2015 deadline again. At the same time, neither of the references mentioning the 2015 deadline is working links (citation 1 and 18). In addition, many of the examples mentioned throughout the article are uncited.

Organization[edit]

Moreover, although the article provides detail cases and examples of state-level regulation. The last three sections, particularly "Anti-UAV legislation" seems out of place. Since it consists examples of states which pose limits on the particular usage of UAVs, it seems appropriate to move it under "State-level regulation" as a sub-section. Few of the examples mentioned in "State-level regulation" could be merged with "Prosecution" which mainly focus on landmark cases. I believe that would provide a more holistic view on those cases without distracting readers from understanding the gist of the state-level regulations.
