Personal Details
[edit]As of this post (May 20 2023), the page does not have the subject's exact birthday or middle name. Just "1987-1988" and middle initial. Are these things really not in the public record or publicly available? MochaThai (talk) 11:31, 20 May 2023 (UTC)
Controversies Section
[edit]As of this post (May 20 2023), Ricardo Arroyo's text messages to former US Attorney Rachel Rollins were referenced in two separate federal investigations. The text messages show him seeking the release of information about his 2022 DA election opponent Kevin Hayden (Rollins was the subject of the investigations and resigned upon the release of the reports this week). Arroyo was criticized by fellow members of the Boston City Council for his behavior - at least one suggested his resignation. Several press outlets have discussed his involvement and his potential resignation in response - Arroyo says he won't resign.
Right now the article mentions the election but nothing about Arroyo seeking the release of info to damage his opponent; none of the public discussion around that.
This article already has part of the Biography section discussing 2 past investigations of Arroyo for sexual assault, and the public fallout of those revelations.
I'm going to write up the important details of Arroyo's involvement with the Rollins affair, and I'm going to move that and the sexual assault issues into that section, under Controversies. MochaThai (talk) 11:42, 20 May 2023 (UTC)
- Looks like this section didn't get written? Do you want help doing it? Abbey84 (talk) 03:43, 28 June 2023 (UTC)
