Cleaned up
[edit]I cleaned it up a bit and added some things. I'm not very good at Wikipedia so feel free to let me know things that should be changed. I'm going to be adding additional information to expand, and do some changing of words to make it read better.

Original manuscript
[edit]I stumbled across this article while working on the page for Robert Fowler (athlete). Although I have no reason to believe that the information provided in this article is untrue, one can assume that much of it appears to be based on what is noted in the "Bibliography" section as: "How to Train and Win a Marathon Race" by Ronald J. MacDonald (original manuscript held by Great-Grandson Patrick S. MacDonald). I wish this were published or offered someplace for others to view because I believe WP:V is a concern here.
