See some page history at Sânicolau Mare
From historical perspective it would be inaccurate to refer to Nagy Szent Miklos (also Nagyszentmiklós) and treasure, as linked to Sânnicolau Mare (its contemporary counterpart in Romania).
The name Nagy Szent Miklos is Hungarian, and given much earlier (see dates in the article) and as such linked unequivocally by archeologists to the find.
A demographic description of Sânnicolau Mare might be needed, however, one needs to remain truthful to history as recorded. I looked at the 'Wikipedia:Merging and moving page' - it is true there is little oerlap, however there are differences. Perhaps, I should rename it to: Treasure of Nagy Szent Miklos (I already made the redirect)?!?!
The 'Historical Background' as presented in 'Nagy Szent Miklos' is perhaps too long, and could be abridged (a matter of further editing).
Let me know what is your responsibility and primary duties, and how they relate to 'merger of pages' strategy? If you are primary responsible for 'mergers' - you can do it. I still prefer to preserve the connection to the archeological find (treasure) as well its original name as primary in this case.
Thank you for your suggestion! Let me know what do you think?
