Notability
[edit]For anyone wondering, this can definitely be expanded. There's a lot of case law on the matter, and some interesting history- protests outlined by Michael Mandel in the Legalization of Canadian Politics. CanadianCaesar Et tu, Brute? 16:10, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
I changed the wording slightly to clarify that the rights are not provided by section 35 ... they are constitionalized by it. The rights are pre-existing. Also, I added the bit about the Government's self-government policy. Davidzukovny 03:34, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
i protest the racial minority remark, native Canadians are the fastest growing part of the populace. they are fast becoming the racial majority in many parts of canada. 198.164.135.226 (talk) 18:56, 14 February 2012 (UTC)
