When was the circular railway track laid?[edit]

I do not fully understand: Was the circular railway track built completely new (from rececled historic material) in 2014, or was it already there and was just renovated? Who operates and finances the museum? A lot of work and expensive paint was apparently invested, to improve and maintain the vehicles. --NearEMPTiness (talk) 03:41, 6 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
