Expansion of "Md."

Sources I can find that definitely refer to the politician seem to name him exclusively with the abbreviation "Md." rather than the expansion, which has several possible spellings: Muhammad, Mohammed, etc. Even a Bengali source uses মোঃ which transliterates to the same thing.
