2001–2013: Career beginnings as Sheri, First Sign
[edit]Can someone explain to me why everything under the subheading "2001–2013: Career beginnings as Sheri, First Sign" is "inaccurate harmful content?" It is sourced, I checked, and there is just one tiny negative thing about Sony. What is the big deal? Rita Rich and Arjayay can someone explain? - When I was researching information about Snoh Aalegra, in this interview, the interviewer asks "Were you signed under Snoh Aalegra, then?", talking about when he was signed to Sony Sweden, Aalegra replies "No.", interviewer then asks "You don’t want to give your previous artist name?", Aalegra replying "No.".
- I have a feeling she doesn't want her previous artist name to be known about. I did wonder if I should add infomation about her previous artist name or not. Maybe that could be the "inaccurate harmful content"? – Vistadan 22:27, 27 November 2018 (UTC)
- @Vistadan: That is likely true. A studio album has been released under that name though, it would be kind of silly to think this is private at the moment.... there are even files uploaded as Sheri from Flickr in 2009 [1]. I am not sure if this falls under WP:BLPNAME. I think it is sourced and written well but removing their name arguably might or might not decrease the article significant value. I mean, she was notable before the inclusion of Sheri and adding Sheri doesn't make her any more notable. However, I think removing this content would leave out information that improves the article. For example, I looked at this revision from before the inclusion. It just jumps from 2001 to 2014 without context of where she came from. I don't like when I see that in articles, I always try and make sure there is a timeline. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 22:59, 27 November 2018 (UTC)
Year of Birth
[edit]The date September 13 is correct, but the year is not. It should be 1985 not 1987. My source is Sveriges befolkning 1990 (Swedens population 1990 - official population register). (Also see the Swedish Wikipedia entry.)
