[edit]I have been told that the nursery rhyme 'There was a little man, and he had a little gun' refers to Sir Robert Wigram. You can find the rhyme on several websites, for example [1] but they don't attribute it. I don't know of any published sources that verify this, but I think it's interesting. Would it be inappropriate to add this? Woblet (talk) 20:00, 14 October 2010 (UTC)
- Welcome to Wikipedia. I'm afraid this can only be added if there is a definite reference that the rhyme refers to Sir Robert. Wikipedia doesn't work on hearsay. Regards Motmit (talk) 21:03, 14 October 2010 (UTC)
