Start to Stub

Hi! I changed it to class=stub because it does not have a minimum of 1.5 B readable prose (page size) It was less than 495 B (88 words) "readable prose size" when user Meno25 updated it to class=start he used "assisted" but notes on that tool say it's an "unstable" tool (cur | prev) 10:33, 19 May 2015‎ Meno25 (talk | contribs)‎ . . I like the Geographic Location (8-way) .. but it's a bit involved.

I like the Geographic Location (8-way) ... but it's a bit involved to create for each of the 27 governorates. Should it be added to all governorate pages? Wouldn't a picture map showing the governorate in relation to the other governorates be better? 8-way template included here:
