Most Notable For...?[edit]

I was a little surprised that Mr. Forrest was not written up as being most notable for his starring role on the TV show S.W.A.T.

I didn't want to just throw that in there since what someone is most notable for is often a subject of debate on Wikipedia. Any thoughts?

Need more info on name change[edit]

When an actor chooses to change his name early in his career, it is customary to explain why and to indicate whether the new name is only used professionally or if the change is a legally permanent one. This information is missing from the article, and leaves us scratching our heads when we reach the "Personal life" section. Because no last name is given for his children, we are left wondering if he really was cruel enough to name a child "Forrest Forrest".
