Subject notable member of UK IT community. Notability further established under Additional Criteria / Any Biography - subject recipient of Kentucky Colonel Commission from Gov. Steven Beshear (highest honor awarded by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for "noteworthy accomplishments and outstanding service..."), notable under terms of Academia "notably influential in the world of ideas without their biographies being the subject of secondary sources". Subject is Fellow of 7 professional institutions.

But does anyone know whether Mr. Nimmons meets the basic criterion for a person to be the subject of a Wikipedia article? I.e. has he been the subject of suitable source material? Subject is a Fellow of the BCS and IET, both premier institutions in the field. This asserts notability. Subject is also quoted by British Computer Society, Chartered Management Institute, Associated Press and other press outlets asserting notability of opinion.
