Photo nominated for deletion

File:Steven Fox, Artistic Director and Principal Conductor, Clarion Society.jpg has been nominated for deletion from Commons. I think the photo is of him, but it looks like a studio portrait and I suspect there may be a licensing issue as the photographer is identified as Kim Fox, but this does not match the uploader's username.
