[edit]

According to the new pages feed, this article doesn't have any references. This obviously isn't true, but you should probably change your references so that it doesn't say that. Compassionate727 (talk) 18:31, 9 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

1923

[edit]

I have three sources which all state this particular unit started in 1923, not 1921. (Weale, p. 16; McNab, p. 14, 16 and Flaherty, p. 20 (the last on the caption on the same photo). Kierzek (talk) 16:12, 10 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You are right, Kierzek. It was my fault; don't know where I got 1921 from... My source from World Media Rights says:

And within the paramilitary SA force was an inner core, the first of Hitler's personal bodyguards. Formed in 1923 as Ordnungstrupper ("Order Soldiers") and then Stoßtrupp-Hitler ("Shock Troop-Hitler")

I will change the uploaded info on the image in questions. Good job, Jonas Vinther • (speak to me!) 17:03, 10 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
