Contentious topic sanctions can include blocks, topic-bans, or other restrictions.

Forgive me for questioning the legitimacy of this article, but is a tiny village of 60 people (two classrooms in elementary school or half a lecture hall in a university) that does not exist for more than 60 years, deserves an article?
