It's great to have a middle name and exact birth date confirmed through research. Might you cite your sources for those who wish to know the materials used in this research?--Historytrain (talk) 00:00, 16 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do we know where her influences and beliefs began? I ask because you state that Stern was removed from Syrucuse for her Communist statements.Elizabethgaye22 (talk) 04:45, 17 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I ran across a book with some references to Susan Stern called: From Freedom Fighters to Terrorists by By Paige Whaley Eager. You can view some of the book's pages on http://books.google.com/books?id=l5tXm1V8lTIC&pg=PA49&lpg=PA49&dq=susan+stern+weatherman&source=web&ots=qgD5aIEAXQ&sig=EafQhlWZGcyrzwMwM76wfmLz8mI&hl=en&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=10&ct=result (Sherlockhemlock (talk) 04:51, 18 November 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Two Editions of Memoir

[edit]

It would be beneficial to indicate within this entry whether the page references to Stern's memoir refer to the first edition or its reprint.--Historytrain (talk) 18:13, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Syracuse in NYC?

[edit]

This entry refers to Stern attending Syracuse University in New York City. Since the main campus is located in Syracuse, New York, can it be confirmed that Stern's Syracuse activity took place in NYC?--Historytrain (talk) 19:01, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Where does quotation close?

[edit]

In the SDS subsection of this entry, there is a direct quotation that opens with quotation marks, yet does not close. The passage begins with the words "consisted of endless debates...."--Historytrain (talk) 22:49, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Denied to Seattle Collective

[edit]

It would be helpful to speak more specifically to the factors in Stern's difficulty in entering the Seattle Collective. Since drug use was hardly rare among members of Weather, was it something particular about that drug use that made her distinct in this regard? Also, what is meant by "lifestyle" in this section?--Historytrain (talk) 23:31, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

SLF

[edit]

A section of the biography devoted to Stern's involvement with SLF would be useful to readers.--Historytrain (talk) 23:31, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree a separate heading for the SFL activity would help readers looking for that information and break your page down by different associations. (Thegreatbuckeyes (talk) 15:06, 17 March 2009 (UTC))[reply]

activism

[edit]

Is there any evidence that Susan was active in many of the same groups as Robert Stern was in the late 60's? Hairyangels (talk) 04:53, 3 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
