Diestrammena bifurcataTachycines bifurcatus – A number of Diestrammena spp. have now been moved to Tachycines - in the case of this sp. very recently by Qin et al. - See the OSF link originally quoted. Roy Bateman (talk) 14:13, 26 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Wait until the change is accepted or rejected by reliable databases. It may not be accepted by major coleopterists so we should follow the databases and not the primary papers--Kevmin § 02:40, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
See discussion at Talk:Diestrammena asynamora‎.--Kevmin § 02:40, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The point is Kevmin, it has been changed in OSF - again, take a look at the page and citations here. In this case, Gorochov's original determination revised recently by Qin et al. - note also Russian WP for Tachycines asynamorus is up to date. Roy Bateman (talk) 16:24, 2 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Support, though we at no point should be doing something simply because a different language WP does it, they are no more reliable then EN.wiki is. Also the opening wording of the move was unclear, giving the appearance of significant disagreement between databases.--Kevmin § 23:02, 2 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
