[edit]

Dr. Harris has made a widely recognized contribution to the Lutheran church in Sweden AND one of the world’s leading experts on the writings of theologian Søren Kierkegaard. He is an important figure and is widely cited by the Scandinavian Christian and philosophical community.

He is also the senior pastor of a major church in Scandinavia’s largest city.

As far as I can tell, close to all all the sources come from Sweden’s largest newspaper and SverigesRadio.se, the website of Swedens larget radio network. Well established sources.

His only non-academic writing, the book “Konsten att leva innerligt” is notably influential in the world of ideas in Scandinavia and Germany.

I have added a few notes on some of his work in media. In some ways he has become the "to-go-to-guy" for questions regarding philosophical Christianity in Sweden. 24.56.119.203 (talk) 03:23, 9 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I put together the article on Ted Harris because he is has been in the spotlight a lot lately. Sweden is a very secular country and it is noteworthy that he has become such a name. People seem to trust him and seriously listens to his thoughts and opinions. I am not a member of his church, know him or is active in any kind of religious organization. But this has nothing to do with me. It is about him. VsanoJ (talk) 12:43, 9 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
