[edit]It may have been a flop, but I enjoyed it. PrometheusX303 05:01, 27 February 2006 (UTC)
If this film is the third-biggest flop of all-time, what about Michael Cimino's Heaven's Gate? -- Jalabi99 03:08, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
Did anyone else start thinking "The Producers" after watching this film? There is no way those special effects cost more than a couple of million, at most.Paganize (talk) 01:18, 21 March 2012 (UTC)
Who was the uncredited Female Bodybuilder?
[edit]Rudy Soliman was the uncredited male bodybuilder, so who was the female bodybuilder that Rosario Dawson's head was imposed on?
Plot summary
[edit]Had a go at cutting this to a reasonable length. Haven't seen the movie, though. Adam Cuerden talk 02:00, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
- It was still ridiculously long. I've trimmed it back to this earlier version. It should be easy enough to add a couple of sentences adding anything significant that has been omitted. --Tony Sidaway 18:01, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
The summary was full of comma splices/run-on sentences. Periods or semicolons should used as well as be rearranged for brevity. I see that my corrected version was rolled back.71.75.24.92 (talk) 21:31, 4 March 2008 (UTC)12.146.242.146 (talk) 01:51, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
Victor Varnado
[edit]"Actor Victor Varnado, who played the character Kelp in the film joked about its poor performance in an interview on podcast Keith and the Girl saying, "That is amazing because although it is the biggest money loser of all time for me it was the biggest money gainer!" Varnado was paid $110,000.[citation needed] "
- I am removing that quote from the article. If you wish to keep it on this wikipedia artcile please source it. Some might consider this libel, and without a source it could be entirely made up. I never heard of this anyway... - Prede (talk) 00:23, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
Pluto Trash?

[edit]Never Forget.
Watched it
[edit]...expecting a disaster. It's not half-bad. There are certainly much worse movies around and the stylistic choice of a kitsch atmosphere blended quite well with everything. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.121.67.128 (talk) 11:01, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
Leave the brilliantly bad summary alone!
[edit]I haven't watched this movie, but I feel like I have because the movie summary was so appropriately awful. Don't change a thing in this article, it's perfect! __ø(._. ) Patrick("\(.:...:.)/")Fisher 18:55, 4 November 2010 (UTC)
Ouch
[edit]Flop for the ages is a pretty harsh description, but this film received many harsh descriptions and I am surprised so few are included in this article. This article is actually very favorable and I could argue WP:UNDUE undue weight has been given to positive commentary about this film. I'd try to update the article but the Reception section is minimal and it would take too long time to add both an expanded 'Box office' section as well as adding proper response from individual critics. I would encourage other editors talking about the various aspects of the film (far more important than box office discussions). TL;DR article needs work, improvements appreciated -- 109.78.24.155 (talk) 04:02, 7 September 2013 (UTC)

Incredibly Amazing Trivia Feature
[edit]January 4th, 2017. While this movie is was made in 2000; it is about the future. An amazing coincidence is that both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are represented in this movie. Hillary, as supposedly the President's face on the money offered to Pluto Nash to sell his club; and Trump as the lunar Land Developer (logo shown on the drive scene from the city to the outpost). Obviously, they picked the wrong person on the money to represent the President. :P — Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.56.6.214 (talk) 02:23, 5 January 2018 (UTC)
Rami Malek
[edit]Can anyone explain why "Rami Malek as Kester Moorhouse" has shown up on a number of Wikipedia pages in the cast section? See also: The Big Green, Tom and Huck, and Adventures of Tintin, among others. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tjmarsh84 (talk • contribs) 13:50, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
