Today, Scholar Charles L. Blockson has won the Award for 2016.[1] I added an inline citation for him, but I ask why many awardees are not Wikipedia persons and, indeed, some of them are obscure even to Philadelphia natives. I would add inline citations for Marsha Levick and others wiithout articles, and also request editors to create articles about other awardees.
