Fair use rationale for Image:Thenandnow.jpg[edit]

Image:Thenandnow.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Baba O' Riley isn't on this CD.[edit]

There are two versions of this CD: Then and Now 1964-2004 and 1964-2007. The first release doesn't contain "Baba O'Riley" (a serious crime IMO) while the rerelease does. I have corrected the wiki to the 2004 release.Hg3300 (talk) 01:09, 26 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Old Red Wine[edit]

So you're telling me that they were so broken up about the Ox passing that the put his song on this album (the ONLY album that this song is on, according to this page) but three years later replaced it? OUCH! I've always heard that the individual band members were not chummy, but that's low.

Furthermore, I'm confused as to who wrote ORW...the track listing states that John Entwistle wrote it, but the song information paragraph states that it was written FOR him!
