Intention to upgrade

I've rewritten the page. Two items: 1) I was unable to find any record of his death. 2) The page should probably be renamed Thomas P Stratten, in keeping with the "First Initials Last"-format.Wyatt Tyrone Smith (talk) 16:49, 1 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
