There is a name tag on the article that states that the subject is Icelandic and should be referred to by his given name, Þorvaldur. However, when he is referred to by name (seven times after the first sentence) his name appears as Gylfason four times and as Thorvaldur Gylfason three times, never as Thorvaldur or Þorvaldur.
