Clarify that Arrell Gibson Award is a Lifetime Achievement award from Friends of the Oklahoma Center of the Book. Current placement makes award look like it is for the book Danny Black Goat. (Link provided on the page includes this text. See paragraph 4) https://pcc.ou.edu/content/book-award-call-made
Also, since Tingle has received numerous awards from the American Library Association as well as this major recognition from the state of Oklahoma, he would seem to meet notability guidelines for someone in the field of storytelling, children's literature, and the promotion of understanding of Choctaw history and life.

- The layout of the Honors section was reoriented. As far as the issues with the Notability maintenance template, these can be solved with references. I've placed some search suggestions at the top of this page. Simply click on the links to effect a search of those sites for sources you can propose for use here on the talk page.
