Privy Council[edit]

Could someone provide evidence for Tom Clarke's PC membership? It is unusual for someone who has not reached cabinet level government to be admitted to the PC. The Privy Council website lists him as joining in 1997[1].--ML5 (talk) 11:55, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
