Also, the Produce Traceability Initiative is a very important subject and the link to this subject in this page is remarkably blank. If you could write a brief summary of the Produce Traceability Initiative while you are at it you would be doing humankind a great service.

I would try it myself but 1) I don't have the talent for it and 2) I have a conflict of interest (I think) and I am not taking any chances.
