Still active?[edit]

While reviewing this article, I looked up relevant websites (www.midnightmedia.ca, thespecial.ca) but without success. I was not able to find any reliable references to the paper since 2007. Is the publication still operating? The article has been written in the present tense, but if the paper is no longer operating, with no plans to reopen, then it should rewritten in the past tense, along with a date of dissolution.
