Hamdok/Hamdouk

If Hamdok/Hamdouk becomes Prime Minister, chances are an article on him will be needed. It would probably be justified without waiting, even if he doesn't become PM - he seems to be a significant African administrator/intellectual. Apart from links already in the TMC (2019) article (view source or edit the References section), some others include:
