I-10 documentary
[edit]I-10 is the sub that is documented in the Japanese wartime film "Gochin!" (or maybe its Go-Chin). One of the only extant submarine films (if not the only one) from the Japanese side, it has actual footage of I-10's 1943 patrol into the Indian Ocean, several sinkings (the I-10 was a successful sub, by Japanese sub standards), taking on Norwegian mercant sailors as prisoners, etc...I have a copy of this, it is terrific from a documentary standpoint. Far as I know, the only source today for this film is the organization Sharkhunters (www.sharkhunters.com). Can this film be mentioned in this Wiki article or is that advertising for Sharkhunters (since they sell copies of the film) ? Engr105th (talk) 05:54, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
