Dear editors I kindly ask you to read several pages of Congress report to find out what actually appeared at it and what are not. Link provided at the bottom of the page for your convenience. What you are advocating here is original research which is not allowed in Wikipedia. The text you add is your own selective commentary of each of the conclusions. Please read WP:V, any unsouced text can be challenged and removed. Please find a reliable source that discusses those points you wish to insert and we can verify.
