Page Title - update to include (CL-103)

Please update the page title to include Wilkes-Barre's hull number. All the other US cruiser pages contain the hull number in the title, but not this one. 2600:4040:100A:8400:9C59:3142:9636:383D (talk) 15:28, 17 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
