The file is in fact public domain per the archivists at NARA at College Park. I scanned this years ago after doing research there and have spoken to several people about this. It is from the SS files in the microfiche cabinets which can be freely reproduced and used. I updated the tag to reflect this. There is also an address to verify this listed on the image page. -OberRanks (talk) 10:16, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
