Merge needed

Victoria Institute of Sport and Victorian Institute of Sport are the same thing - the former, incorrect spelling, has more references and material than the latter. I couldn't move this due to the significant edit history on Victorian. Fixing shouldn't be controversial unless someone can think of a substantial objection.
