Grape Fall
[edit]Something needs to be said about the recent internet video of the lady falling on air. http://youtube.com/watch?v=90m2Xw_Haj0&search=grape%20fall Deltro 12:06, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
That is FOX 5 Atlanta.
"Fox" or "FOX"?
[edit]I noticed some revert wars regarding the Fox branding on several articles on Fox-owned stations. The official name of the network is not all uppercase, but that is how the company prefers it.
So, do we call it "Fox" or "FOX"? You decide. CoolKatt number 99999 02:26, 18 May 2006 (UTC)
NewsCorp prefers FOX.
Logo
[edit]I noticed WTTG has started to implement the new logo/graphics into their promos. Should we change the FOX News-esque logo from "future" to "current"?
Fair use rationale for File:Wttg.png
[edit]File:Wttg.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Enter Movies!
[edit]Over the last couple of weeks, WTTG has been running promos announcing the upcoming addition of "Movies!" to digital subchannel 5.2. It will be WTTG's first digital subchannel.
More info about "Movies!":

Broadcasting is supposed to commence on Memorial Day weekend.
Looking for a verifiable source that specifically mentions WTTG, although it seems to be a fait accompli.

Found this reference on the new network's website. I think that should be adequate.

Except that it isn't...A last minute change caused the new network to be moved to 20.2, not 5.2. Modified the table again to reflect this.

Historical Channel
[edit]The May 21, 1945 issue of Broadcasting on page 78 mentions W3XWT signing on using the now defunct channel 1. Dewdude (talk) 01:03, 20 October 2013 (UTC)
MGM/UA Premiere Network
[edit]If you want proof that Fox 5 used to air MGM/UA movies, watch this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUVz8RhiPVI RevinCBHatol (talk) 05:06, 14 January 2020 (UTC)
