improving the Wakhan article

The Wakhan article has certain issues.

The chapter dedicated to Kyrgyz people in Wakhan appears redundant and somewhat chaotic, as if it's not completely in its desired final shape. Also, scrolling across the pictures in the article (as well as in the "Wakhan corridor" article), parasite banners appear (the "Your PC is at risk - click here" type of banner) but they disappear when you log in to Wikipedia.

I don't know how to solve this problem, I'm just appealing on someone to solve it.
