Havok Physics[edit]

I removed the statement "and the Havok physics engine" in technology, I went on the Havok website, and it wasn't in the Titles list. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Dexahecimal (talk • contribs) 02:06, 18 April 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Prior Art[edit]

The Warpath series of computer games has existed since about 1994/95 and is still being added to. This series is different from the game listed on this page, which sprung up despite the name already being taken and copyrighted. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Warpath was also the name of shareware game released for Windows 3.x long, long, before this one:
