Can you please help me to rewrite the article, since it's my first article and English is not my first language. I can't understand exactly what I should be doing.

You are right it breches neutrality: I feel for those people who has been framed and because I want to help them I have started the article. Could someone with a neutral set of mind write the article as it should be according to the Wikipedia standarts. There is no article about Webcam blackmail on the whole of Wikipedia and I believe that there should be one. Natkabrown (talk) 15:37, 16 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
