Article scope

What is this article supposed to be about? Initially, it was a redirect to Nipmuc Nation. If it is supposed to being about historic group known as the Chaubunagungamaug Nipmuck, then the content needs an overhaul to reflect that subject. If it is supposed to be about the current organization Webster/Dudley Band of Chaubunagungamaug Nipmuck Indians, then its title should be moved to that.
