Infobox information doesn't match content of article

While replacing Template:Infobox Sydney public transport with Template:Infobox rail line as per the Deletion Policy and discussion, I discovered that the information in the previous infobox did not resemble the information in the article or the sources provided. For instance, the proposal date was given as 2004, but sources state it was proposed as early as April 2002. Additionally, the status of the line was still marked as proposed, but it appears it has been firmly rejected as of August 2008.

I've updated the infobox to match the content of the article since it appears to be at least partially supported by sources, whereas the infobox cited no sources. I am by no means an expert in this area. I'm confident my edits are closer to the reality and more supported by sources than what was there before, but someone more familiar with this topic may wish to look further into the information in the infobox.
